Potential PAS - please advise
Remote Name: 18.104.22.168
I left my emotionally abusive husband in January 2003 and we were divorced in Nov 2003 after a long and expensive legal battle. I was awarded primary physical and full legal custody. My ex was granted weekend visitations from Fri night to Sun night 3 out of 4 weekends. He imediately began a campaign of denigration against me with our then 3 (now almost 5) year old son. I work from home as a licensed child care provider and my son and I are very close. I have always been his primary care provider. During our marriage my husband did not want to be involved with our son, told me he wished we hadn't had him etc... Now my son returns from visitation in various emotional states, sometimes quiet and unresponsive, other times in tears. He tells me that his father says I am a liar, that I am evil, that he and his Daddy are "living a living nightmare", that I hurt his daddy, that I ripped our family apart, that he loves his daddy and doesn't love me, that daddy says he will grow up and hate me, that he wants me to die so that he can live with his daddy and not me, it goes on and on. I love my son and truly want what is best for him. I do not speak poorly of his father and support their relationship. I help my son make gifts and cards and pictures for his father etc... I only wish his father were capable of a healthy relationship with his child. My ex left the state two weeks ago. In our custody agreement if my ex moves then he gets my son for three months in the summer. I am terrified that my son will hate me at the end of three consecutive months with his father. I know how manipulative my ex can be, how controlling he was of me as an adult women, I am very concerned what will happen with a five year old that adores him. I do have legal council but know that I need to be as informed as possible and doubt my lawyers ability. Do I have grounds to go back to court and fight the summer visitation? Am I right to be concerned? What should I do? Thank you (Last changed: February 26, 2006)

Simple to do if you can get order from Judge against ex telling child the propoganda. Shrink will interview child and give judge enough answers to rule for the child's best interests. (Last changed: February 26, 2006)
