How to prove PAS is beginning with toddlers...?

Without going into the long and involved background, my parner's son is almost two...although he cannot express his thoughts or feelings in words, and quite likely has no concept yet of his mother's actions, we have identified a seemingly endless list of actions which indicate PAS is at work...or at least is in it's infancy. Does anyone have any experiences with the courts using PAS in cases involving very young children? Any responses would be greatly appreciated. firstname.lastname@example.org Thanks!
