When is it going to stop? Who is there to fight for us victims of parental Alienation? I read all the posts here about this subject, sad stories, desperate attempts to make things right for our children. My heart and thoughts are with every single one of you! I am finding myself in the same position. I have shared custody with my ex-husband. He has been bad mouthing me in all the ways for 6 years now. I fought against it, not by retaliating, but by listening to my child and being there. I hope it will pay off, but let me tell you, there were many times I was ready to through the towel, give up, go away.... (Last changed: February 26, 2006)

I've just returned to work after a meeting with my son and his child/pys. The big thing is I'm very proud of him for not sticking up for me to his mother, that's not his job. What is important to him is that he now understands that his mother's comments about me have no bearing on his view of me. last night my ex and her boyfriend canceled my weekly visit w/him and his two younger brothers. Police, came with me and my children were kept in a room away from me while they bad mouthed me etc...., the two youngest stayed (ages 6 and 11) my oldest 13 came with me by jumping out the window. To finish I have this to sleep on I'm at peace knowing that my boy's do love me and they always will our time will be made up some day, my oldest said that they do love me he thinks (knows) they only are doing what they can to keep their mom happy until they are old enough to do something about it.

David, those are encouraging words. Thank you. I hear that kids will always come back, they will be able to separate right from wrong. I just find it so regretful and sad that so many years have to go by in order to become reality. I will be there for my daughter. She can count on it. Meanwhile life goes on.
